Solana Price Prediction: Analyst Eyes $130 as Bull Flag Forms
Solana Price held above $100 on Wednesday after gaining roughly 5% during the previous 24-hour period. The token was trading around $101.32, up 4.36%, and outperforming the rest of the cryptocurrency market.
Total crypto market capitalization increased 2.13% to $2.63 trillion, while overall market performance gained about 2.16%.
Sentiment further improved when a House committee passed H.R. 8957, which offered a federal Strategic Bitcoin Reserve.
The development underpinned the institutional adoption expectations even with a recent setback in the legislation of the broader CLARITY Act. Bitcoin was close to $76,000, and Ethereum was close to $2,450 following a gain of about 4%.
Solana Price Breakout Nears as Analyst Eyes Rally Toward $130
Crypto analyst Ali indicates that Solana price can be approaching a breakout on its four-hour chart. The trend was formed following a previous upward move, and a stabilization in tightening circles around the $101 zone.
The analyst identified $105 as key resistance separating Solana from a possible bullish extension.
SOLANA BREAKOUT IS NEAR
A bull flag appears to be forming on Solana’s 4-hour chart.
The key level I’m watching for $SOL is $105.
A sustained close above it could confirm the bullish breakout and open the door to a rally toward $130. pic.twitter.com/cpuHmbci9f

The analyst feels that confirmation can provide a gateway to $130, which is a significant increase over the current level.
However, Solana price must first overcome nearby resistance and maintain support during any subsequent retest. Any short-term action above $105 without an authoritative close may result in a false breakout.
A gain over $105 would support the bullish argument, whereas a decline would keep the token in the range.
Solana ETFs Draw $837K as Bitwise BSOL Leads Daily Inflows
According to published SoSoValue market data, Solana exchange-traded funds experienced a net inflow of 836,930 on September 16. Bitwise BSOL received $2.69 million which counterbalanced the withdrawal of Grayscale GSOL of 1.85 million.
The other funds indicated no new inflows at the session at the seven-product market. The total net assets amounted to 1.38 billion, or 2.38% of the market capitalization of Solana. The total trading activity was also at $51.57 million with BSOL being the biggest fund of $945.76 million.
Solana Price Tests $105 as Technical Indicators Support Further Gains
The SOL price traded at $101, rising 0.55% during the latest four-hour session. The recovery saw SOL go above the psychological $100.
The MACD line is negative at -0.10, above the signal line of -0.55. The positive 0.44 histogram is the confirmation of the improving momentum.
In the meantime, the RSI has risen to 59.42. This reading is good news of increasing demand without SOL falling in overbought.
The $105 area presents the first short-term resistance for the recovery. A sustained breakout could push the Long-term SOL projection toward the major $110 resistance level.
A close above $110 would support the bullish view. This action would reveal the second resistance point at around $120.
