BlackRock Shares Rally After Assets Soar Past $15 Trillion

BlackRock BLK shares rallied after the investment firm posted bumper quarterly results and made history as the first investment firm to manage more than $15 trillion in assets.

The stock jumped more than 7% in early trading, and is on pace for the biggest one-day gain in more than a year.
