SpaceX Stock Rallies 10% After Musk Predicts Major AI Milestone: Is $150 Next?

SpaceX Stock climbed 9.65% to $146.15, extending a powerful five-day advance that has approached 40%. Shares rose another 0.48% before Thursday’s opening, reaching $146.85.

The rally was the result of Elon Musk making an ambitious artificial intelligence revenue prediction. Investors are now evaluating whether the momentum can continue to drive SPCX past the much-anticipated mark of $150.

Elon Musk Expects SpaceX AI Revenue to Dominate by September

Musk said SpaceX’s AI revenue could surpass all its other revenue sources combined during September. He anticipates it to increase considerably by the fourth quarter.

The prediction boosted investor trust in the new status of SpaceX in the artificial intelligence infrastructure. It also introduced AI as a significant potential source of revenues.

Musk associated the opportunity with the projected orbital capacity of the company due to Starship. SpaceX currently carries about 2,500 tons into orbit annually.

Starship could eventually increase yearly capacity beyond one million tons. Musk believes the figure might ultimately reach 10 million tons.

That growth would be able to accommodate orbital data centers, sophisticated satellite systems, and infrastructure to support artificial intelligence workloads. Nevertheless, implementation will be subject to successful testing and regulatory clearance.

Prediction market participants now assign a 75% probability that Starship becomes fully reusable before 2028. That probability has reportedly increased seven percentage points recently.

SPCX Adds Over $530 Billion as Five-Day Rally Approaches 40%

SpaceX Stock has surged almost 40% in five trading days, which indicates healthy momentum over the past few sessions. The rally added approximately $530 billion to its market value.

Other estimates have put the increase at about 550 billion since August 6. Either of the two statements emphasizes the unprecedented size of the recent development.

The industry competition in the field of artificial intelligence also plays a significant role in the valuation prospects of SpaceX. Anthropic could reportedly pursue an initial public offering by October.

Investors informed the Financial Times that a robust demand would propel the valuation of Anthropic to more than 2 trillion. That would exceed SpaceX’s reported $1.77 trillion IPO valuation record.

The economic releases of Thursday can affect the sentiment of technology stocks and risk assets. At 8.30 a.m. ET, United States producer inflation and jobless claims are released

Wednesday’s cooler consumer inflation figures eased concerns about another interest-rate increase. Later, producer prices and poor employment numbers might prolong that market favoritism.

Instead, the pressure on speculative assets could be exerted by hotter inflation or better employment statistics. Bitcoin price traded near $63,500 ahead the reports, reflecting cautious positioning.

SpaceX Stock Outlook: Will SPCX Reach $150 This Week?

SpaceX Stock faces immediate resistance around $147 after its recent breakout. An appealing action beyond that wall might easily reveal the mental $150 target.

Profit-taking isn’t uncommon on round-number levels following sharp rallies. As such, the trading around $150 may dictate the further momentum toward $153 and $155.

The closest support is at $145, where traders can protect the breakout structure. Anything over that would be encouraging another effort at $150.

A drop to less than $145 may undermine the short-term trend and reveal the second support level at $140. A greater pressure would bring SpaceX Stock back to $133.29.

The regular trading will give a more accurate measure of demand by volume. The underlying strength of the breakout cannot be completely validated by limited pre-market activity.

SpaceX Stock has a bullish short-term formation as it trades above $145. Nevertheless, financial data and profit-making might cause huge fluctuations throughout the session.

A long term break beyond $147 will enhance the likelihood of hitting $150 this week. Any failure there may promote consolidation and then another effort.
