Premarket trading reduced gains as CRCL dipped 0.62% to $91.48 ahead of new inflation data.

Bitcoin price hovered around $78,600, Ethereum was still around $2,400 and XRP was still around $1.42.
Despite the pullback, crypto valuations gained 19.91% over 30 days. The index level hit extreme greed at 80.
PCE Inflation Data Could Drive CRCL and Crypto Market Volatility
Today’s key crypto market catalyst is the Fed’s preferred gauge of inflation, which is due to be released at 8:30 a.m. ET.
Headline PCE is likely to moderate to 3.6% and core inflation could stay unchanged at 3.3%.

The reading could be below 3.6%, which could increase expectations of a rate cut and help stocks and cryptocurrencies
A similar result could cause trading to be choppy, but investors might still prefer riskier assets.
But the higher inflation, may dampen the rate hopes, exerting pressure on bitcoin, bitcoin-related equities, and CRCL.
The outcome could influence sentiment ahead of the Federal Reserve’s Jackson Hole meeting Friday.
Circle’s USDC Growth and Arc Launch Strengthen the Bullish Outlook
The quarterly results highlighted the USDC’s overall average circulation growth of 25%, which reinforced confidence in the stablecoin unit.
The company posted $48 million in net income, and $143 million in adjusted EBITDA.
USDC transactions have increased 209% this year, and approximately 62% of the volume of transactions in the stablecoins are controlled by Circle.

Circle has also received a bank of national trust, making it the first of the regulated digital asset sector.
Circle Payments Network, at the same time, had a volume of 14.7 billion annualized in the second quarter.
Crypto investors also have their eyes on Arc, Circle’s blockchain network, which is set to launch its mainnet on September 16.
These gains may help to sustain longer-term growth prospects, but it is not without some valuation risks following CRCL’s week-on-week jump.
CRCL Stock Prediction: Key Support and Resistance Levels to Watch
Early trading had CRCL higher than $91, but shares dipped briefly towards $90.60 and bounced back near $91.50.
This bounce put in place instant support in the region of $90.60-$91.00. This area may allow for further testing of $92.00.
Should it continue to move higher, $92.00 could be breached, followed by $93.00 and $94.00 and ultimately $95.00 with stronger momentum.
If inflation data reinforces risk appetite, the overall bull market scenario of $95.00 to $100.00 may play into action.
On the other hand, a move below $90.60 would undermine the near-term structure and could push CRCL towards $90.00.
Additional losses could uncover the last closing level at $87.72, and further correction could uncover $89.00.
CRCL remains bullish with a guarded bullish outlook above $90.60. But the recovery lacks concrete volume data.
